On June 9, we held a Txakoli tasting for the 2016 growing season produced on the Aia plot, divided according to the 3 treatments that were applied in this campaign in triplicate:

  • Criteria of the winery using conventional pesticides
  • The risk of downy mildew emitted by the weather station located on the plot, with conventional pesticides
  • Zero waste products

The tasting took place at the Gorka Izaguirre bodega in Larrabetzu, in the framework of a practical class for the Master’s Degree in Innovative Oenology at the UPV/EHU.
